曹靖，女，1981年生，博士，副教授，数字媒体技术专业带头人，毕业于东北大学通信与信息系统专业。先后获得河北省“三区科技人才”、“港城英才”等荣誉称号。

多年以来，一直从事计算机相关的教学与科研工作，先后主持国家教育部协同育人项目2项、河北省社会科学发展研究项目2项，获得秦皇岛市社会科学成果一等奖。在国内外学术刊物上发表SCI索引论文20余篇。

 研究方向：图像识别、工业信息化、能效资源分配
